Embodied speaking training
This 6-week expert training takes students through the key aspects of comfortably and confidently standing up in front of any audience. It will enable students to access their own resources and be the focus of attention as you embrace authentic expression in all its forms. Course content is a considered balance between theory and practice, with an emphasis on finding and maintaining your personal ‘edge,’ expanding the possibilities of how you show up not just on stage, but in daily life.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR
This course is for coaches, teachers, speakers, facilitators and yoga teachers looking to develop more skills to create engagement, aliveness, and lasting impact in the lives of their students and audiences.
It is for anyone looking to ‘level up’ their stage and teaching presence.
Instead of focusing on forced technique, we will teach you the embodied basics of speaking so you can get up and speak without the need for rehearsal. It will teach you how to be more authentically yourself.
This course is not just a training but a transmission, and students will develop a different relationship to the stage and themselves as a result. Implementing the teachings will bring a positive effect to all aspects of your self-expression, and life.

Option to pair up and practice with other people taking the course
Regular tasks and missions outside of class to integrate your learnings
Students should anticipate 1-2 hours of homeplay activity per week in order to complete this course
